Am I a Dominant or Submissive Personality Quiz
The Father of the Electric Age, Nikola, Serbian American, and a physicist Tesla born in Smiljan, Croatia. He made dozens of development in the production and applications of electric power which transformed daily life in the twentieth century. Tesla was the Serbian designer and engineer who created the alternating current (AC) power transmission and the induction motor. He started his occupation as an electrical engineer in a Telephone company in Budapest in 1881 and he joined Continental Edison Company in Paris where he designed dynamos. Tesla had hundreds of patents by his name yet he never won a Nobel Prize for his lifetime achievement in the field of electricity. In 1882, he discovered the Rotating Magnetic field that would allow alternating current to run an engine without converting it into direct current. He was a great genius who’s inventions led to the development of the radio and the television. Besides, the AC system also helped in the development of generators and turbine designs. He died in New York City on 7 January 1943 and even in his later life he claimed to have completed a “dynamic theory of gravity”. Let's test yourself with the Nikola Tesla quiz.
