Bhagat Singh was born on 28 September 1907. He died at the age of 23, but during his lifetime he left a strong impression. Bhagat Singh, along with Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar, was sentenced to death for conspiring to kill John P. Saunders, a British police officer who ordered brutal police action on Lala Lajpat Rai, the leader of the freedom movement. He is often referred to as Shaheed Bhagat Singh. He was born into a family that was fully involved in the struggle for Indian independence. His father, Sardar Kishan Singh, and uncle, Sardar Ajit Singh were both popular freedom fighters of the time. Both were known to support Gandhian ideology. He always inspired people to come out among the masses to oppose the British. Bhagat Singh was affected by this. Therefore, allegiance to the country and the desire to free it from the clutches of the British was born in Bhagat Singh and It was running in their blood and veins.
